Duties

Safely operate a box truck, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations during route driving and delivery
Load and unload cargo pallet jack when necessary, ensuring proper handling of goods
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups
Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports
Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure the truck remains in optimal condition

Skills

Proven experience as a courier, delivery driver, or box truck operator with a strong focus on customer service
Valid driver’s license (NON-CDL) with a clean driving record; 3 month experience on the road
Excellent driving skills with route planning expertise; ability to navigate efficiently in various environments
Ability to follow safety protocols meticulously and communicate effectively with team members and customers
