Duties
- Safely operate a box truck, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations during route driving and delivery
- Load and unload cargo pallet jack when necessary, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports
- Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure the truck remains in optimal condition
Skills
- Proven experience as a courier, delivery driver, or box truck operator with a strong focus on customer service
- Valid driver’s license (NON-CDL) with a clean driving record; 3 month experience on the road
- Excellent driving skills with route planning expertise; ability to navigate efficiently in various environments
- Ability to follow safety protocols meticulously and communicate effectively with team members and customers
