We are looking for a motivated, dependable Over-the-Road (OTR) driver who is ready to work, stay flexible, and make serious money. This role is ideal for someone with strong work ethic, drive, and a desire to control their earning potential. There is no cap on income — what you make depends on how hard you’re willing to work and how far you’re willing to go.
What You’ll Do
- Operate a truck safely on over-the-road routes
- Pick up and deliver loads on time
- Communicate clearly with dispatch
- Remain flexible with routes, schedules, and destinations
- Complete required paperwork and inspections
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- 1–2 years of driving experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to complete one week of training
- Flexible availability for OTR work
- Strong work ethic and motivation to earn
- Reliable, responsible, and professional attitude
