Hiring CDL-A Drivers – No Experience Required!

Requirements:
- Active CDL-A license
- At least 120 hours of approved truck-driving training completed within the past two years
- Strong driving record (minor infractions may be acceptable)
- Must pass a DOT physical, including both hair and urine drug screenings
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly solo pay between $1,309 and $1,605+
- Hands-on, practical training before solo assignments
- Earn up to an additional 8¢ per mile with safety and performance incentives
- Potential weekly earnings up to $1,800 on OTR routes
- Transition bonuses up to $1,500 available
- Option to switch to local routes after 1 month of training and 3 months OTR
Job Responsibilities:
- Log 2,500–3,000 miles per week
- Operate all equipment safely and complete required inspections
- Keep accurate logs and follow all company policies
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries
