Pay: $25.00/hr + $3.00/hr Flex Pay (Local Work)
Trip Pay: $0.58 CPM + $0.05 CPM Flex Pay

Wanship Transportation is hiring two dependable Class A drivers based in North Salt Lake, Utah for a critical coverage role supporting our weekend and weekly operations. This position is ideal for a local driver who is also willing to serve as our primary backup on weekends.
This is a true operational need, and we are offering premium pay to drivers who are reliable, flexible, and committed to weekend availability.
Schedule & Expectations
- Required: Weekend standby for dispatch (Saturday and/or Sunday as needed)
- No assigned truck — must be flexible with equipment
- If dispatched on the weekend → you will run the assigned trip
- If not needed on the weekend → you will have:
- Local work on Monday, and
- At least one trip during the week
- This can be a full-time local position with weekend standby as part of the schedule
- Weekend availability is required
Pay & Compensation
Local / Hourly Work:
- $25.00 per hour base pay
- + $3.00 per hour Flex Pay
- Total: $28.00 per hour when working locally
When Running a Trip:
- $0.58 per mile (CPM) base pay
- + $0.05 per mile Flex Pay
- Total: $0.63 CPM
Flex Pay is provided in recognition of:
- Required weekend availability
- Schedule flexibility
- Serving as primary backup coverage
Pay: From $1,700.00 per week
