Driver Recruiter - Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're seeking a dynamic Driver Recruiter to revolutionize our talent acquisition strategy. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, requiring a strategic thinker who can develop innovative recruitment campaigns, conduct market analysis, and drive continuous improvement in our hiring process.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge driver recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits
- Create compelling job advertisements and employer branding materials
- Analyze recruitment metrics and propose data-driven solutions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in driver recruitment, preferably 5+ years
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies independently
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
