Driver Recruiter - Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Driver Recruiter to revolutionize our talent acquisition strategy. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, requiring a strategic thinker who can develop innovative recruitment campaigns, conduct market analysis, and drive continuous improvement in our hiring process.

Develop and implement cutting-edge driver recruitment strategies
Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits
Create compelling job advertisements and employer branding materials
Analyze recruitment metrics and propose data-driven solutions
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

Proven experience in driver recruitment, preferably 5+ years
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies independently
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
