Description
- Transport and Delivery: Safely and respectfully deliver goods to all stakeholders.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist in the efficient loading and unloading of cargo.
- Maintenance Management: Maintain vehicles proactively, including scheduling repairs and routine checks.
- Backup Duties: Act as a backup driver and provide warehouse support as needed.
- Teamwork and Cooperation: Foster a positive work environment and maintain cooperative team relationships.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of CDL Class A experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR).
- Proven touch freight experience.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to maintain composure in various situations.
- Meets all DOT requirements, including a valid medical card.
- Authorized to work in the U.S., and pass background checks and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Stable work history.
- Proficiency in manual transmission.
- Experience driving in diverse weather conditions.
- Familiarity with truck maintenance and operational checks.
Working Conditions
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
- Frequent local routes with occasional multi-day trips; typically home daily.
Schedule
- Variable shifts including 10, 12, and 8-hour shifts.
- Workdays typically Sunday through Monday, 3-4 days per week.
