- $10,000 Sign On Bonus with 2+ years verifiable crude experience
- $2,500 Sign On Bonus with 6 to 23 months verifiable crude experience
- $2,500 Referral Bonus with 2 years verifiable crude experience
- $1,250 Referral Bonus with 6-23 months verifiable crude experience

o Proficient 18 Speed Experience Required
o Ability To Pass Road Test In 18 Speed, Day One Required
o Minimum 2 years Class A Driving Experience Required
o Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Required
o Experience Driving In Adverse Winter Weather Driving Conditions Required
o Experience Chaining Preferred, Willingness To Learn and Execute Required
o Must Provide Personal and Reliable Transportation To And From The Yard
o No DUI or Careless/Reckless Driving within 5 years
o Must be willing to work outside in the elements
