Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires expertise in operating various types of commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and tankers. A strong commitment to safety and customer service is essential.
Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and dump trucks for the delivery of freight.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, including forklifts when necessary.
- Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while maintaining accurate logs of driving hours and cargo.
- Ensure the safe handling of materials during transport, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance.
Skills
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbed trucks, tankers, and other commercial driving vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of route driving techniques and freight handling procedures.
- Ability to load and unload cargo efficiently while ensuring safety standards are met.
- Familiarity with operating dump trucks and roll-off trucks is a plus.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Note: All drivers go home daily
Pay mentioned is monthly but we pay weekly with incentives.
Drivers must have Clean MVR/DOT/Driving License.
