As a Lead Excavation Operator, you’ll work alongside our plumbing teams to complete underground utility and sewer repair jobs. Your work will be critical to ensuring safe, efficient service to both residential and commercial customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate excavation equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with underground utility and sewer installations or repairs
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and compliant with regulations
- Communicate with team members to complete jobs on time and within scope
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
Required Qualifications:
- Class A CDL (Required)
- Experience operating excavation equipment (mini excavators, backhoes, etc.)
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable and self-motivated with good communication skills
