Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-Time Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for CDL-A drivers
- Use our internal CRM to connect with pre-qualified applicants
- Maintain a consistent weekly performance (minimum of 1 hire/week)
- Attend virtual trainings and team meetings
- Collaborate with leadership and other team members
