Job Description
We are looking for safe, self-motivated, hardworking, and energetic Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our fleet! Our team of drivers will be transporting freight from the FedEx facility in Dover, NJ to various terminals within the tri-state area.
All runs are local and drivers will be home daily. Expected shift time 8-10 hours per night. Average miles per night 350-400.
$0.60 to $0.80 per mile - expected annual salary of 63k -95k.
Exact rate will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Efficient and successful completion of designated route through daily management of route and routine.
- Complete daily truck log and submit mileage reports at the close of each shift.
- Proactively finding ways to conserve resources, including fuel and time.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle at the close of every shift; following all processes and procedures to report any issues.
- Use of all company-provided technology, including ELD applications.
- Remain in compliance with all DOT and company rules and regulations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Cunex Inc in the best possible way to all clients and citizens.
- Must be able to pass a standard english proficiency exam as per executive order 14224
