CDL-A Local Delivery Drivers *Earn $90k - $150k Annually* Quality Custom Distribution is now hiring CDL A Delivery Drivers to work at our Roseville Location in Minnesota Key Items and Requirements
- This is 100% touch freight delivery
- Drivers avg 10 - 15 stops
- Must be able to do local and out of town routes (No layovers)
- Please dress interview appropriate
- Must be able to pass a MVR, Clearinghouse, and Background Check

Local multi-stop routes from our Minneapolis distribution center to QSRs in MN, IA, SD, and ND.

Pallet jack + liftgate
Product is downstacked into customer coolers and freezers
Pay: $90k - $150k Annually
Schedule: 4 days/week
Shifts: Dispatch at 8PM and 9:30PM
Weekend: 1 weekend day required
Holidays: Some required
48"/53" automatic reefer trucks
Local: 8–14-hour routes
Team: 16–32 hour runs (no layovers)
Paid holidays
48 hours sick/personal leave
30 hours paid float (after 90 days)
1 week vacation after 12 months Up to 80 hours/year
Medical/Dental/Vision coverage starts the 1st of the month after 15 days
Valid CDL-A
1+ year CDL experience preferred
Can lift 75 lbs. repeatedly
Clean, DOT-compliant driving record
OK working in heat, cold, rain, and snow
