Positions Available
TEAM OTR Drivers
- Earn up to $0.85 per mile (with 1+ year experience)
- Up to $3,500 per week including bonuses
TEAM Dedicated Lane Drivers
- Earn up to $0.75 per mile (based on experience)
SOLO OTR Drivers
- Earn up to $0.65 per mile (based on experience)
- Limited openings – most freight is TEAM-based for safety and efficiency
SOLO Dedicated Lane Drivers
- Earn up to $0.60 per mile (based on experience)
- Limited openings – most freight is TEAM-based for safety and efficiency
OWNER OPERATORS – Dedicated Routes
- 12% dispatch fee only
- $0 weekly fees
- Fuel discounts + plate program
Student Driver Program – Earn While You Train
We welcome new graduate drivers and drivers with zero experience to join our OTR Student Driver Training Program.
- Training Pay: $2,000 total for the 4-week training period
- How It Works: This is a completion reward granted only if you finish the full 4 weeks of OTR training
- Important: If training is not finished, the reward is not granted
- Instead of you paying for CDL training like many companies require, we reward you at the end for proving your commitment
Bonuses:
- Weekly Pay
- No Violation Level 1 Inspection Bonus: $500
- Referral Bonus: up to $250 per driver
- Loyalty Bonus: $5,000 after 104 weeks
Qualifications:
- 3 Month of Verifiable Experience to be TEAM DRIVER
( NEW Graduates are Welcome as well to be student driver, they get 2000 $ for 4 weeks of training period, which is OTR Driving training, if training is not finished, training reward is not granted)
- No DUI or Reckless Driving
- Max 2 reportable accidents
- Valid DOT medical card
- Able to pass Road and Drug tests
