We are hiring a Class A CDL Instructor to train both truck driving and bus driving students. Our candidate requires the S endorsement for Georgia.
GDA is Georgia’s largest and most respected truck driver training school, with over 20,000 graduates. Our CDL instructors have helped train men and women for great careers as professional OTR, regional, dedicated, and local truck drivers! Our Class A CDL Instructors can earn up to $51,400.
No prior training or instruction experience is needed! If you have 2+ years of Class A driving experience, we want to have you on our team! Georgia Driving Academy CDL Instructors GET PAID FOR EVERY HOUR THEY WORK! This is a great job for truck drivers looking to take a break from the road, stay connected to the industry, earn a great living, and share their experience with students who want to learn from experienced professionals!
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide CDL instruction in our classroom
Provide CDL Instruction on our modern training range
Provide behind-the-wheel CDL instruction
Grade tests, record attendance and perform student evaluations
Share your experiences with students who want to learn
Daytime, Evening & Weekend positions
Qualifications
Current Class A CDL
"S" endorsement for School Bus training
2+ years of OTR driving experience
Pass a DOT drug screen and physical
Team player who is dependable and enjoys helping others
