Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A License
- 1 year of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years OR 2 years of verifiable OTR experience within the last 5 years
- 6+ months verifiable flatbed experience
OTR Flatbed Company Driver
- Specialized drivers earn up to $150,000 per year
- RGN and Step Deck opportunities available**
- Salary pay available
- Standard OTR drivers earn up to $85,000 per year
- Base pay range: $0.60 – $0.66 / mi
- $1,200 orientation pay
- Safety & clean inspection bonuses
- Home time: typically 3-4 weeks out, 3-4 days home
- Hiring area: all 48 contiguous states
