Great company culture – have fun at work with people you enjoy About the Job Our drivers work 8 to 10 hours per day on local routes, with full-time positions available. They earn a 30% commission per completed delivery, averaging $1,300+ per week. We pay twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of the month. To qualify, drivers must be in good standing with the Clearinghouse. Job Summary Company Driver (W2, Solo) Flatbed trailer Local $1,300 total weekly avg. pay 100 - 3,500 avg. miles per week $2,000 sign on bonus Dedicated, LTL Day shift 100% Driver Load/Unload No tarping Uniforms required No slip seating Home Time 5 days on, 2 days off Home every weekend Benefits Medical, Dental and Disability Paid vacation Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. Stacking and sorting delivered cargo. Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
