Key Responsibilities as a CDL A Instructor:

• Delivering CDL A Training: Provide hands-on instruction in Pre-Trip, Yard Skills, and Road Driving

• Local Schedule: Consistent hours with no overnight travel – be home daily
  
  

CDL A Instructor Requirements:

• Nevada CDL Class A licensewith 5 years of verified Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
• Clean driving record, with ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol tests
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and tracking student progress
• Strong communication skills and a passion for safety and teaching
