**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated professional overnight dispatch employee who is looking to contribute to and be a part of a growing transportation company. Amazon Relay experience is preferred for this role. This is a P/T position to cover our overnight and weekend operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the transportation of OTR Truck operations, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources
- Utilize transportation planning software to track shipments and adjust routes as needed
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status and driver performance
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the fleet management team to ensure vehicles are properly maintained and utilized
- Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve any issues or concerns
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transportation operations
- Use available technology to analyze and optimize routes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to safety, environmental impact, and transportation security
**Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of transportation management and logistics
- Experience with transportation planning software
- Familiarity with fleet management and 3PL operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with supply chain management and transportation planning
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and develop strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: $500.00 - $600.00 per week
