Arrive on-time for shift
Perform daily safety inspections Pre-trips and Post-trips on equipment in compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.
Communicate with dispatch at stops per-their request to relay detailed information.
Submit all necessary paperwork completed and on time to dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of your truck.
Operate all equipment safely and responsibly.
Immediately report any accidents, unsafe conditions, or injuries to dispatch.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Pick-up and deliver orders promptly, professionally, and courteously to customers.
Be a positive representation of MTM Trucking and Logistics cultural values.
Treat all team-mates with respect and support.
Use company applications such as Samsara, Slack, and Paylocity for necessary job tasks.
